In order for consumers and traders to resolve a dispute out-of-court, the European Commission developed the Online Dispute Resolution Website: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board. Responsible is the universal arbitration board of the Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein (verbraucher-schlichter.de).
